RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We advise our customers to inspect upon receipt their machines for any damages or defects or any missing parts.

We take our return policy seriously; we do inspect and test returned item for all and any claims.


No Longer Needed – Unopened Packaging and Item NEVER Used – Request RMA within 3 days from Receipt of item.  Return Item within 3 days from RMA approval.

  • Restocking Fee: NO
  • Shipping Label: Buyer

Slightly Used But No Longer Needed (item still working, not damage and no missing parts) – Request  RMA within 15 days from Receipt of item.  Return item within 3 days from RMA approval.

  • Amount of Refund :  Full Refund
  • Restocking Fee: NO
  • Shipping Label: Buyer  

Slightly Used But No Longer Needed (item still working, not damage and no missing parts) – Request  RMA beyond 15 days up to 30 days from Receipt of item.  Return item within 3 days from RMA approval.

  • Amount of Refund :  Partial
  • Restocking Fee: YES, 20%
  • Shipping Label: Buyer                

Received with Physical Damage or Missing Parts. Item NEVER Used – Request RMA within 5 days from Receipt  of item.  Return Item within 3 days from RMA approval.

  • Restocking Fee: NO
  • Shipping Label: Seller                                                                              

Machine Having Trouble or Quit Working due to Manufacturer Defect (Normal Wear and Tear and Accidental Damage not covered) – Machine will be subject to inspection and may be repaired or replaced, if necessary.   Request for Repair/Replacement within 365 days from date of purchase.
