Return Policy

We require our customer to inspect their machine for any damages or defects as soon as the shipment of the product is received. The 30-day return period shall give customer ample time to test the machine to see if it’s right for him/her. Therefore, beyond the 30-day return period, the customer agrees that it is up to his/her satisfaction and will want to keep the machine.

The 30-day return period starts on the date the shipment is received by the customer based on shipping tracking updates.

The 30-day return period guarantees receipt of 100% full refund of the cost of the product provided that the product is in perfect condition ( machine is fully operational, no damages, cracks, dents on any missing part inside or outside.).

If any of the aforementioned condition (unoperable machine, cracks, dents on any missing part inside or outside) is seen upon inspection and testing of the machine, a 30% re-stocking fee is charged from the amount of the refund.

An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must accompany every item being returned. Request to return product must be requested on or before the 30th day of the return period. Return shipping shall be at the customer/buyer’s expense. Approved returns must be shipped back to USA Unlimited within 5 to 12 days from the date of the RMA approval.

Our products are covered with one (1) year manufacturer warranty against defect(s). All claims must be legitimate claims. Normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Any damages or defects on the machine due to improper handling and/or abuse in its use is not covered by the warranty.

PLEASE NOTE: we take our return policy seriously; we do inspect and test for all and any claims. A defective machine shall be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the customer at seller’s expense.
