Shipping and Delivery:
An order usually ships within 1 – 2 days via USPS, DHL, UPS or Fedex.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Shipping cost may vary depending on weight and size of an order, customer’s location and shipping preference.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We advise our customers to inspect, upon receipt of their machines for any damages or defects or any missing parts.

NO returns accepted on consumable parts like replacement blade, probe tube and trident.

Reason #1

No Longer Needed – Unopened Packaging and NEVER Used – Request RMA within 3 days from receipt of item.  Return Item within 3 days from RMA approval.   

  • Amount of Refund :  Full cost of the unit will be refunded.  Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • Restocking Fee: NO
  • Return Shipping Label: Buyer (Customer)
  • Refund will be issued only after receipt and inspection/testing of machine

Reason #2

Slightly Used But No Longer Needed (item MUST still be working, not damage and no missing parts) – Request  RMA within 30 days from receipt of item.  Return item within 3 days from RMA approval.

  • Amount of Refund :  Partial 
  • Restocking Fee: YES, 20% will be deducted from the cost of the unit.  Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • Return Shipping Label: Buyer (Customer)        
  • Refund will be issued only after receipt and inspection/testing of machine     

Reason #3

Received with Physical Damage (broke, dents, cracks, chips). Item NEVER Used – Request RMA within 3 days from receipt  of item.  Return Item within 3 days from RMA approval. 

  • Amount of Refund :  FULL 
  • Restocking Fee: NO
  • Return Shipping Label: Seller     
  • Refund will be issued only after receipt and inspection/testing of machine.         

Reason #4

Machine Having Trouble or Quit Working due to Manufacturer Defect (Normal Wear and Tear and Accidental Damage not covered) – Machine will be subject to inspection and may be repaired or replaced, if necessary.   Request for Repair/Replacement within 365 days from date of purchase.  Email us at info@usaunlimitedllc.com with detailed information including photos and videos of your machine.

  • Amount of Refund :  NO refund; replacement or repair only
  • Restocking Fee: NO
  • Return Shipping Label: Customer (Buyer) – If machine has been used for 6 months and over from date of purchase (proof of purchase [receipt] is required).
  • Return Shipping Label: Seller (USA Unlimited) – If machine has been used for less than 6 months from date of purchase (proof of purchase [receipt] is required).
  • Replacement will be issued, or repair will be done after inspection/testing of machine.     
  • IMPORTANT ALL products bought on WHOLESALE FOR RESALE will only have this option.
